PKGBUILD for pebble-tool

I am trying to create a PKGBUILD for the new pebble-tool sdk, however I noticed that some dependencies (such as sourcemap) do not yet exist in the AUR.

What is the best strategy for solving this? Vendoring all missing python dependencies feels wrong.

edit:
I am leaning more towards just using uv in the PKGBUILD due to the requirement for 3.9 < python_version < 3.14
