Kindle Bookmark Issue on ARCH

I was reading a book in Brave on Ubuntu with Kindle, and the bookmark worked great (the little tab you click when you stop reading a book, to remind you where you are). I installed ARCH 01.01.2026 and tried with three browsers: Brave, Chrome and Firefox (with and without VPN), and it can't manage the bookmark. It won't add or remove it. It's unmanageable. I'd like to understand why, thanks! PP

do you have gnome-keyring or KDE Wallet (kwallet) running and unlocking at login?
On some Arch setups, missing or locked keyrings can prevent browsers from persisting site data properly.
which DE/WM are you using?, also which DM?
