Arch Wiki account creation marked as harmful / regular spam registrati

Hello, I am trying to register to the wiki with the same username and email I'm using here but I got the following message:

Warning This action has been automatically identified as harmful, and therefore disallowed.
If you believe your action was constructive, please inform an administrator of what you were trying to do. A brief description of the abuse rule which your action matched is: Block regular spam registration attempts

There's another topic from a few years ago with the same issue. Is it possible my username was also marked by the abuse filter?

There is btw no clear indication of how to contact an administrator when this happens. I figured I'd ask here but it's not clear what the next step should be for someone who does not wish to have an account on this forum.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have forwarded your request to the Wiki team on IRC in "#archlinux-wiki" so most likely someone will reply to the post here

Edit: ALso which username did you try to register?
