Booting with encrypted root hangs after upgrading to 6.18.4.arch1-1

After upgrading kernel from

6.18.3.arch1-1

to

6.18.4.arch1-1

boot process hangs at "starting cryptography setup for root" (just before asking for passphrase). It hangs completely (cursor isn't blinking, crtl-alt-del doesn't work). Downgrading linux package to previous version solves the problem.

Tried to increase loglevel to 6 and found no helpful messages.

I'm using encrypted root partition with unencrypted EFI /boot.

Will be glad to help in debugging, but need some advice.

Post whole output of 'sudo journalctl -b-n' log where 'n' is number of boot ego hen boot hanged.

I doubt there will be something as root partition is encrypted and system hangs just before mounting it (even not asks for encryption password).

Looks like installing NVIDIA modules (nvidia-open) and using them instead of default nouveau solved the problem. Successfully booted into 6.18.4-arch1-1.
