no guake executables in /bin after updating to guake 3.10-5

I updated my system today  and among others guake  was updated from 3.10-4 to 3.10-5 and python was updated from 3.13.11-1 to 3.14.2-2.

Guake then failed to launch. Upon investigating I found there was no guake executable (actually a python script) in /bin. I tried downgrading to guake 3.10-4 but the guake executable would fail to find the guake python module (the update after all is supposed to accommodate the transition to python 3.14). I suppose normally the module would be installed by pacman when updating quake.
