Hi everyone!
I'm using XFCE with three monitors connected to an Nvidia 3060 on my setup.
Yesterday, after running `pacman -Syu` to upgrade the system, the monitor configuration started acting strangely. When moving the mouse, it seemed to be working correctly (the cursor movement covered all three screens), but two of the monitors were displaying mirrored images, even though XFCE's display settings weren't set to mirror anything.
Additionally, the display settings appeared to be malfunctioning. One of the monitors wasn't initially visible in the graphical representation of the display settings window, despite showing a mirrored image and consistent mouse behavior indicating three monitors. I've attached screenshots at https://pasteboard.co/bStL4MN9wUDZ.png and https://pasteboard.co/Iop2yEpKKoWe.png for reference. Moreover, when experimenting with the settings, sometimes the monitor would show up in the graphical representation, but the mirrored behavior persisted.
Through further investigation, I found that downgrading xfce4-settings from 4.20.3-1 to 4.20.2-2 resolved the issue.
I've also submitted a bug report to XFCE: https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-sett … issues/630
Feel free to reach me out. I would be glad to help solving this issue.
Thanks in advance,
Renato
