Your AUR's IP is wrong. It should resolve to 209.126.35.78 and 2604:cac0:a104:d::2.
archlinux.org is currently under attack and unavailable via IPv4, see https://status.archlinux.org/ .

I'm connected via IPv4 only, and I can browse archlinux.org and aur.archlinux.org just fine, even if the Status page says it is down. There is no tunneling involved.
Main site is resolved to 46.62.254.168 and AUR (IPv4) is the same as reported by lilydjwg.

5.9.250.164 is a Hetzner IP, the AUR is at a HAProxy Technologies server.
Do you manipulate the resolution via https://man.archlinux.org/man/hosts.5 ?
I can access aur.archlinux.org only when enable 1.1.1.1 on my phone
Otherwise might be a problem w/ the main DNS server - its configuration depends on your actual setup.
In doubt post "resolvectl status" and see https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Networ … management for popular configurations.
Ifffff, and I MEAN IF! this pans out not only being limited to your DNS, report to https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=309805&p=2
