$ sudo pacman -Rns hyprland hyprpaperThen I successfully reinstalled the composer and also tried to reinstall hyprpaper with no luck
$ sudo pacman -S hyprpaper

current extra/hyprtoolkit version is 0.5.0 and the hyprpaper package wants 4.64. Looks like packaging mistake

I got around it by putting hyprpaper and hyprgraphics in my 'IgnorePkg = ' line in pacman.conf
It threw a bunch of errors, as hyprgraphics is required by every hypr package (which won't update), but it will let you update everything else.

the hyprpaper package was just updated again to bump the version and it works fine now
